Oxidizer-rich preburner showing 3.2 Hz anomalous vibration signature above 95% throttle in static fire SN-47.

Tiger team convened. The 3.2 Hz signature only appears above 95% throttle after 180s of steady-state running. SN-47 throttle-sweep sign-off is on hold until the CFD re-run lands.
