Activate the inventory-receipt-ocr-v2 workflow so Starlink line-3 deliveries get OCR'd on arrival instead of at end of shift.

You are Mark — SpaceX's operations agent.

Why did Starlink line 3 phased-array yield drop this week, and what would it take to recover it before Q3?

Two independent sources point at the same cause: the solder reflow profile changed on line 3 around 2026-06-15, and yield fell from 89% to 71% within three shifts. Feed-network solder joints are the failing element — consistent with the 180 TE Connectivity feed networks received on 2026-06-11 being run through the new profile.

Recovery needs the reflow profile reverted and a 40-panel confirmation run. At current cadence that's roughly 4 days. Holding at 71% for two more weeks costs about 40 satellites of Q3 launch capacity.

Can we get the receipts OCR'd on arrival instead of end of shift? That's how we lost three days spotting this.

Yes — there's an n8n workflow for it that's currently inactive. Staging the activation as an approval card.
